Choose the handling method
Compare towing, liftable carriers, pallet transport and conveyor handovers. Mobile-cobot options can add handling at suitable workstations.
SATAIR · WAREHOUSE AUTOMATION
Explore how AMRs, the right carriers and practical system integration could support your warehouse — with local engineering from AETEC.
Initial concept for discussion · Detailed design to be agreed

SEE THE PROPOSED FLOW
Follow three routes, compare handling methods, then explore the proposed controls, ROI approach and support arrangements.
Narrated in English, with on-screen captions. Simulated travel is accelerated to explain the concept; it does not predict delivery time.

THE PROJECT CONCEPT
Start with one useful workflow. Confirm the load, the handover and the information needed to make the whole process work.

Compare towing, liftable carriers, pallet transport and conveyor handovers. Mobile-cobot options can add handling at suitable workstations.
Review dimensions, loaded stability, lifting interfaces and LiDAR clearance. Compare practical modifications with a purpose-built carrier.
Agree routes, stations, priorities and shipment timing. Measure attended time, buffer space, traceability and exception handling through a pilot.
PROPOSED CONTROL ARCHITECTURE
Separate AMR Wi-Fi and a local operational database. Your IT team approves the connections, access and data shared through an intermediate exchange service.
Verify before dispatch. Confirm before completion. Proposed QR / barcode or qualified RFID checks link the job, load, carrier and destination. A mismatch or uncertain read holds the job for authorised review.
Interfaces, cybersecurity controls, carrier suitability and performance require joint engineering and site validation. A shared folder is an exchange point, not the operational database.
YOUR REVIEW MATERIALS
Watch online or download the files for your operations, IT and management discussions.

3D layouts, handling options, control architecture, IT integration, ROI and supported handover.

Platforms, carriers, accessories, MC250 / MC600 mobile-cobot options and application engineering.

AETEC PRIVATE LIMITED · SINGAPORE
A MiR partner with our own programming and design team, bringing robotics, software and practical application engineering together.
Discover AETECCarrier and station design, robot integration, middleware and operator interfaces — developed around the agreed workflow.
Joint acceptance testing, operator and maintenance training, recovery guides, configuration backups and clear support contacts.
Review job records with your team, identify the cause, test corrections and confirm the result. Agree service hours, response arrangements and site support as part of the project.
